Request a WordPress Bug Fix

Send the exact symptom, urgency and recent changes. This form is for ordinary WordPress technical failures. If you see suspicious redirects, fake CAPTCHA, unknown administrators or injected code, use the security incident form instead.

Seeing redirects, fake CAPTCHA, unknown admins or injected code?

That may be a compromise rather than a normal WordPress bug.

Please do not include passwords or access keys. We use your details to respond to this enquiry. Web3Forms processes the submission.

What happens after you submit

  1. We review the URL, symptom and timeline.
  2. We identify the likely diagnostic path and what access, if any, is actually needed.
  3. Scope and next steps are confirmed before repair work begins.
  4. The fix is verified against the original broken action, not only the absence of an error message.

Bug or security incident?

A normal bug is usually reproducible software, configuration, server or integration failure. Unexpected redirects, unknown users, fake CAPTCHA, spam pages, injected scripts, malicious cron jobs or files that return after deletion are security signals. Those cases belong in WordPress incident response.
